How long does a deal typically take?

We can usually give a preliminary yes‑or‑no within five business days of receiving basic financials. A full closing can take 60‑90 days, or we can move slower if you prefer.

What will my role be after closing?

That’s entirely up to you. Some owners keep a meaningful stake and stay on as CEO. Others prefer to join the board, while some hand over the reins at closing. We’ll tailor the structure to match what you want for yourself and the business.

What happens to my customers and employees after closing?

We respect the relationships you’ve built. Your customers will keep getting the same quality and care they expect, and your employees will have opportunities to grow while maintaining the culture you created. Our goal is to build on your success, not disrupt it.

How do you support the business after investment?

We work with the company on strategic planning, strengthening systems, and recruiting key talent to drive growth. We can also help identify and execute acquisitions. Our focus is to provide the resources and support the business needs to succeed over the long term.
